Teaching what I know about my culture and what I like has always been something that I am passionate about but at the same time I love learning about absolutely everything. Mi experiencia en la docencia, sobre ten Italki, ha sido espectacular y emocionante. El mundo de los idiomas es maravilloso, permite comunicarse con diferentes personas a nivel mundial y saber sobre su cultura, tradiciones, entre otros aspectos. Me he formado como T.S.U. en Relaciones Industriales, Licenciada en Administración de Empresas, Diplomado Virtual en Gestión Efectiva de Medios Digitales, estoy aprendiendo inglés, y curso el Programa de Formación de Profesores de Español (ELE).

Ever since I graduated from university, I've worked as a foreign language teacher. I've provided private tuition and have worked for several companies and town councils, which led me to specialize in adult teaching. That's why I resolved to sign up for the Spanish Ministry of Labour's official adult teaching course back in 2017. My students belong to a variety of different professional backgrounds, especially workers of the tourist sector and shop assistants.

He sido profesor durante 10 años, recibí un curso basado en el marco común de referencia europea en la enseñanza de español como legua extranjera, así que conozco bien la gramática de mi lengua, he leído varios libros de ejercicios de español y he adaptado muchos de esos ejercicios para los estudiantes, aprendí a hablar lento, fuerte y claro y siempre adaptándome al nivel del estudiante para facilitar la comunicación, hablo ingles en un nivel intermedio pero mas que suficiente para aclarar dudas sobre la gramática del español. No he estudiado pedagogía y por esta razón no tengo experiencia trabajando con niños, por eso preferiría no hacerlo ya que no me gustaría quedar mal con nadie,

I hold a TEFL certificate from UC San Diego California as well as a Teaching English Grammar (TEG). Cureently working on my IELTS preparation certification. I have also been a conversation leader for international students in San Diego, California. I have been teaching both face to face and online, now more so than before for obvious reasons. I like to be able to help students enjoy their language learning journey as much as I did when learning a new language.

I started teaching Spanish in my travels in Europe, exchanging classes for accommodation and the experience was so good that I decided to become a teacher. With time, I perfected myself and today I dedicate exclusively to my passions: writing, traveling and teaching Spanish. For 5 years I have been teaching private Spanish in person and online to foreigners living in Buenos Aires, people who came for pleasure or to study and need to learn Spanish and take the DELE exams to enter the University.

I am very interested in the subject of contributing and teaching. I am fully available to contribute to the knowledge of my language by giving learning tools, through varied, interesting and fun topics that encourage the learning of my students and provide them with the best tools and awaken love and interest in the Spanish language. I'm also compiling a collection of example sentences for the most common Spanish verb conjugations. During my lessons I can solve any doubt you might have about how a certain word is actually used or how common that word or phrase is across different countries. For this, I will check my database of subtitles to give you real examples and real information. If you're a complete beginner in Spanish, I'll use images and very simple words to help you develop a basic vocabulary in Spanish.

Mi objetivo es motivarte para que sigas aprendiendo. Mi acento es muy claro y podrás ser capaz de entenderme aunque tengas un nivel principiante o avanzado. I love custom-tailored classes but I've been also following Oxford University Press course for different-level younger learners (Show and Tell; Let's Go; Oxford Discover) and I have lots of props. I have experience from three different Spanish schools in Medellín teaching Spanish to people from all around the world. I can thus teach you everything from the basics to the most complicated of Spanish grammar - if this is what you desire. I have some experience giving language lessons. On the one hand, I taught English to some friends that had a low intermediate level. I have also shared conversational sessions with some people that had a higher intermediate level. On the other hand, I helped a friend of mine with his German classification test. That preparation lasted a month. All of these activities were held online so I do not have any issues with these kind of tools.
