¡Hola! Mi nombre es Renzo y soy profesor de español aquí en Italki. Soy de Lima, pero vivo en Cusco, Perú. Estudié Educación en Lengua y Literatura en la Universidad de Cusco y ahora estoy estudiando mi Maestría de Español como Lengua Extranjera en la Universidad de Barcelona. Hablo inglés, alemán, portugués y francés además de mi español nativo. Hi! My name is Renzo and I'm spanish teacher on Italki. I'm from Lima, Peru, but I live in Cusco. I studied Education in Languages and Literature in the Universityof Cusco, and now I am working on my Master´s Degree in Spanish as a Foreign Language in the University of Barcelona. I speak fluently English, German, Portuguese and French.

Me as a Teacher

Yo soy un profesor muy apasionado con mi trabajo y comprometido con mis estudiantes. He trabajado con estudiantes de todos los niveles y edades. Tengo 10 años de experiencia. Si tomas las clases conmigo seré muy insistente para que alcances tus metas con el idioma. I am a teacher very passionate with my job and very committed with my students. I have worked with all kind of levels and ages. I have 10 years of experience. If you take lessons with me I'll be very insistent so that you reach all your goals with the language.

My lessons & teaching style

En mis lecciones mi enfoque está en la gramática y en la expresión y comprensión oral, pero tampoco dejo de lado los otros aspectos en el aprendizaje de lenguas como la expresión y comprensión escrita. Mi estilo de enseñanza es por deducción y en base a contextos. In my lessons, my focus is on grammar and oral expression and comprehension, but I also do not neglect other aspects of language learning such as written expression and comprehension. My teaching style is by deduction and based on contexts.

Renzo is an absolutely fantastic teacher. He is patient, provides many great examples to give context to new words and phrases, and above all makes each and every lesson really fun. We always end up laughing about something silly and it creates a wonderful environment to learn. Can't wait for the next lesson!
