I am a dedicated and committed researcher and teaching professional with a comprehensive experience spread over diversified roles in the education field where I have delivered excellent performance results. I am skilled at teaching students with different cultural and educational backgrounds. I have customized programs and syllabus according to special requirements and goals of students: e.g. syllabuses for Italian in working environments, university, diplomacy and tourism. I like teaching students from different cultures because it is a way to exit my comfort zone and it is a way to grow both from professional and human point of view.

I'm professional Italian teacher with a Master degree in Italian Linguistics and Education (University of Florence, Italy). I have been teaching Italian since 2013. I usually work with adults but I have experience also with children.

Ho certificazione DITALS di I livello dell'Università per stranieri di Siena e sto per laurearmi in Lingua e cultura italiane per stranieri all'università di Bologna. I teach Italian to students of all levels, from beginners to C2, and with different needs. I am very patient and I try to make my lessons interesting as well as effective. I have DITALS certification, from the University for Foreigners of Siena and I am about to graduate in Italian Language and Culture for Foreigners at the University of Bologna.

I am a very patient and positive person, I like to help people understand and organize everything in the best way possible. I love to talk about any type of topic or even answer some questions or curiosities of the student.

I'm here to help you learn Italian whether you are a beginner or an advanced learner. I have previous experience teaching Italian to adults in Germany, where I'm a teacher in the Volkhochschule system. In my lessons I like to teach the language, but also to help learners to understand my culture and the Italian way of life.

Gracias a mi formación entiendo las dificultades de aprender un idioma extranjero y los desafíos a los que se enfrenta un aprendiente. Me gusta crear un atmósfera de trabajo relajada para que mis estudiantes superen el miedo a hablar o a cometer errores y se sientan cómodos para experimentarse. También intento que mis estudiantes pasen un buen rato en las clases además de aprender.

I find important teaching Italian in a formal but funny way, as I think the learning path is more pleasant and effective. I really hope to be useful for personal improvement and overcoming fears, such as making linguistic errors, something absolutely normal and useful, if accepted, to have a starting point from which to progress successfully.

I enjoy teaching other people and passing on them all my knowledge and experience. In my lessons, I will always encourage you to speak italian without being afraid of making mistakes and will look for the method that suits you the best, via a classical approach or a modern one (with multimedia materials). I have 7 years experience teaching Spanish and English to kids. I am very creative when it comes to catch my students attention and to make a difference on their day. I am very patient with my students, so if they don't understand, they feel free to ask questions and I make sure that they finish the class without any doubts.

Quando andai alle superiori feci volontariato in un piccolo Summer camp in cui si insegnava inglese ai bambini delle elementari. Da questa esperienza imparai molto. In particolare, seppur scontato, capì che il parlare con una persona che ha l'inglese come madrelingua aiuta veramente tanto nella tua fluidità ed, in generale nelle tue capacità linguistiche. Per questo motivo, vorrei mettere in pratica i concetti appresi e nel caso chiarire ogni dubbio nato dalle lezioni con l'insegnante.

As a teacher I usually teach to my students the strategies that allowed me to speak three languages fluently. I learnt those strategies during the course of my life, looking out of the traditional academic schemes. I will teach you to be confident and to not be afraid of making mistakes, a crucial component for learning faster. I usually make the class a real conversation about the topics you prefer, in order to create the most relaxed environment possible, as if it was a talk with friends. Then, we will see together what we can improve about every areas of the language.
