In schools and language courses, languages often get analyzed rather than practiced which is why so many people make no progress after "studying a language" for months. Learning a language is like painting in the sense that you don't need to know the atomic structure of colors to be able to paint a nice picture. In this same way you don't need to know all the rules and technical terms to successfully use a language. In my lessons you will actively practice speaking German without worrying to much about the mistakes which will ultimately make it more fun and enjoyable for you.

I found that I really enjoy 1-1 teaching and had the opportunity through the last years teaching dozens of students online, to constantly improve on my methods and the way I give feedback. As I grew up in Northern Germany, I will teach you the „high-German“, without any dialect. That's the way people talk on TV and Radio.
