I love seeing my students gain confidence. It’s very rewarding. I’m proud that I have taught and that I still teach people from many different backgrounds such as educational Professors in Italy, Psychologists and Insurance brokers in France, Construction Managers in Russia, Wedding Planners in Switzerland, Staff recruiters in The Czech Republic, Mechanical Engineering Teachers in Germany, Factory Managers in Spain and Missionaries from Brazil who live in South Africa.

I started to teach 5 years ago in Spain and it was a total coincidence and since then I love it. After 3 years of teaching in Spain I decided to go to Australia, where I did my CAE certificate and I obtained TESOL and TECSOL certificate for English teachers. I worked with students all ages from 5 months to 66 years old, all different levels ( beginners to advance). I worked as a teacher in Spain, Australia and China. I really enjoy teaching and I don´t want to do anything else in my life. I always have an amazing connection with my students. It is important to create an excellent atmosphere in my classroom.

I have a bachelors degree in medicine and also have a TEFL certificate which qualifies me to teach English online. I have a passion for teaching and I treat my students with utmost respect. I have a dedicated teaching environment that is extremely quiet with a good internet connection. I am a determined, jovial, hardworking and dedicated teacher with experience in creating effective online lesson plans for a variety of topics. I am TEFL Certified in English and would love to teach you! I like talking about contemporary events and enjoy speaking about, art, history, music and different cultures. If you are interested in traveling, I am the right teacher for you because I have traveled through most of South America, Europe, and the Middle East. I can point you towards multiple resources for your travels and tools that you can use in work, for I have also worked in Marketing and studied my first BA in Business Management in Berlin. I believe in using media to help learn a language, songs, articles and literature are tools that are very helpful.

I am a CELTA certified and Licensed Teacher working with teenagers and adults online. I also a licensed teacher certified to teach social studies in the states of Florida and Washington and have my Masters in Education with a concentration on teaching English as a Second Language. Important: Please note that cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay for the scheduled class. As I am unable to free up that slot for another student. I usually allow one instance of rescheduling without penalty in an emergency situation.

Each learner is unique in terms of their goals, language proficiency level, and learning styles. Thus, after an introductory trial lesson, I work out a tailor-made lesson plan for the learners so they can make the best of the time and money they spend.

It's been a while since I've started teaching. Since May 2021 it's been 6 years that I'm a teacher and although my young age, I already have a lot of experience. I'm almost done in college since I'm writing my thesis now, and after four years and a half, I'll be getting my English Teacher University Degree

The most important thing for me as a teacher is the progress of the students I am working with. The learning is always the priority, so I make sure that my lessons are set up with this in mind..For me, it´s important that the lessons are fun and engaging, as I think this helps people to learn more naturally. Keeping a sense a humor can help learners to negotiate tricky new skills and concepts without getting to stressed out or worried in the process. Despite this, I am very serious about teaching as it´s so important for me that my students do the very best that they can. I am organized and plan all the lessons and I am creative in my approach, adapting to different peoples learning styles.

What is conversation? Conversation is many things. Chatting with a friend in a coffee shop is conversation, but so is giving your boss a project update. Giving an informal talk to a group of fellow students or a service club is conversation, but so is giving a formal presentation (even if you do not take questions afterwards). I believe that the most important thing about conversation is communicating clearly. The best way to improve your communication is practice and that's what I am here for.

I have tutored for two years at the College of Charleston in German, French and Portuguese, as well as taught the beginning conversation courses for Portuguese students. During these positions, I worked a lot with textbooks and lesson plans, but I normally will adapt the students wants and needs to make sure they feel at ease and comfortable in order to learn the best they possibly can. As stated, my current work is with professionals, but I have experience with various profiles and am trained to work with students of various cultural backgrounds, learning styles, and ages. In addition, I can proficiently explain grammar in Spanish, Italian, Polish, and Dutch apart from my C2 languages.

I am a language student myself and used to be painfully shy when speaking a foreign language. I didn't let that stop me though! I figured out that the hardest part of speaking any foreign language is starting. The fear of failure can be terrifying but finding a teacher that you feel comfortable speaking to can make all the difference. In my classes, mistakes are encouraged as they are what we learn from. We all make mistakes but languages are a tool for communication with others most importantly and I believe that comfort - not perfection- is key. As a teacher I'm am constantly trying to find better ways to help my students, including recently finishing my TEFL certification.
