About Me
italki teacher since May 25, 2020
Hi. My name is Hung. I am 29 years old. I was born in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. Currently, I have been living in Da Lat, a small mountainous city in the north of Ho Chi Minh city. I like reading books, meditating and hiking.
Me as a Teacher
I have been teaching English and Vietnamese for 2 years. I love teaching languages individually because I can clearly see my students' improvement, which is my core motivation.
My lessons & teaching style
I like teaching general English and Vietnamese, from correcting your pronunciation, providing essential vocabulary for daily situations to teaching important grammar structures. Tell me what you need, then I will try my best to help you achieve that.

Hung is a great teacher! We spoke a lot in Vietnamese so it was really helpful for my speaking and listening skills. Thanks 🙏🏼

This was one of the lessons I was really looking forward to. My partner recommended Hung based on his video intro and his southern accent. For the most part I did learn quite a number of things during the session. What I found disappointing was the trial session didnt start until a minute later and unfortunately he kept dropping out numerous times during the call. I regret not using Zoom or Skype over the italki chat feature, but not sure if that would have made a difference as he acknowledged issues with his wifi. First impressions are a big thing and had it gone well, I would certainly pay for another lesson.
