As for teaching experience, I do not consider myself as a master of teaching. However, the first thing that springs to my mind is that I teach with my passion and enthusiasm. I am not strict with my partner. I do not like putting pressure on my partner's shoulders. I honestly do not want people call me teacher because I think it is good to be their language partner. Together we figure out the best way to study languages quick and efficiently.

I am teaching Vietnamese for foreigners in Vietnam for many years, so I have a lot of experience. I graduated from university with a major in Vietnamese Literature and Linguistics. Also, I achieved my Master's degree in Vietnamese Linguistics. Therefore, I deeply understand Vietnamese both spoken and written forms. Moreover, I have been teaching Vietnamese for international students such as Lao and Chinese for some years in Vietnam, so I have a lot of teaching experiences. At the time, I am doing Ph.D. research on SLA in Germany. I think I can help people to learn Vietnamese effectively! I have a lot of good series of Vietnamese lessons for children, beginners, teenagers, and others!

My past 10-year experience of studying English have given me a good view of how to teach people a new language, how people see a new language in the first times and what the biggest obstacles in their paths to master a language are. I have one-year experience as Maths tutor for primary school students. Therefore, with students who have different goals when studying a language, I can prepare different types of lessons according to your request.

I have been doing the tour guiding job for 3 years and come to realise that Language is a part of culture so being a local guide helps me acknowledge that sometimes the indigenous language at a spot we visit is overlooked. I really want more and more realise the significant role of languages to our life. Therefore, I decided to start learning different languages as much as I could. I got it all the glories and pain we got to master a language. Best of all, I was majoring in linguistics at uni so I believe I am the one whom you might be interested in getting a glimpse of Vietnamese from. I am so pleased and excited to exchange cultures and get language alive beautifully.

Personally, I prefer to focus on pronunciation and vocabulary (that you'd actually use in daily life) for you to be able to hold conversations in Vietnamese, because I think that the most important thing when you learn a language is that people understand each other, and that could happen whether you're grammartically correct or not. I have experience in teaching vietnamese in english for foreigners. No matter how your Vietnamese level now, you can learn Vietnamese easily and have a lot of fun with my lesson. My teaching method is that I always use powerpoint, excercises and quiz in my lesson. I speak vietnamese in my class but if you don't understand I will explain in english or chinese.
