I got 3 years of Turkish teaching experience in a multinational institution in Turkey and had the previlege of having many foreign students from all around the world. Besides my native language Turkish, which I speak accent-free in İstanbul, I am a TESOL certified English teacher and my English level is proficient (C2). My TOEFL writing score is 26 and my speaking score is 27 out of 30 so that I'll use the English language in a flexible way to answer your questions with all the details you'll need.

I've always loved teaching and had a very early start to it. I was 8 years old when I helped my cousin, my very first student, learn how to read and write. That was when I realized how much I actually enjoyed teaching. I have a Master’s Degree in Teaching and have been teaching Turkish over the last three years to children, teenagers and adults and all levels from A1 (Beginner) to C2 (fluent).

During my university years, I had many foreign friends by international student exchange programs and I had great pleasure in helping them learn Turkish. What I experienced so far is, one can learn a language by only practicing it around the topics which are very interesting for him/her.
