In teaching Slovenian, I use books for learning Slovenian as a foreign language. Depending on your level, I will recommend which book to use - do not worry, if you don't have it already, I will provide you with all the necessary material.

I used to be a student myself, and I realized that I could improve much faster when I was completely honest with my teacher about my expectations. It helped me get the most of my lessons, and I encourage you to do the same. I can offer casual conversations about topics that interest you and then provide you with some feedback and suggestions. If you're a beginner, we can go through some expressions you could use and cover some basic grammar. If you feel more comfortable doing exercises and following a textbook, I'm glad to assist with that too.

I am a flexible teacher because I understand that all students learn in different ways and at different paces. When teaching, I make sure that every student has a grasp of the subject before moving on. I also adapt my lesson plans based on a feedback.

I have some experience in the field of teaching. Sometimes, I help my friends and my brother so I'm not a total rookie. I have been teaching on Italki for the past three months now. I can connect with anyone and find out, what interests them the most. I had to learn a whole new language(German) to be able to study in Austria, therefore I know how hard it is and what to focus on. Of course I would adjust to your needs and wishes. Whatever type of learning you wish for, I can make it happen. And I would be happy to do it :)
