Imparare nella relazione è una cosa che a cui tengo molto: credo sia importante cercare insieme la strada per la conoscenza, per poterla accrescere e condividere!

Il mio motto è "what would you do if you weren't afraid?" So bene quali possano essere le difficoltà nell'apprendimento di una lingua straniera e quanto sia importante la motivazione. Per questo cerco di mettere i miei studenti sempre a loro agio, sono solare, allegra, mi piace molto scambiare idee e opinioni e sono anche molto attenta alle esigenze dei miei studenti. Non smetto mai di incoraggiarli e di gioire con loro dei loro piccoli, ma grandi successi e progressi!

I love teaching because I've always found lovable students who have a lot to share with me in terms of interests and experiences, and it's amazing to give them the possibility to express themselves. I am expert in intermediate levels, so I can help students who are maybe strong at grammar competence or reading skills but still don't arrive to manage a good conversation or to speak fluently. My focus is on practising and getting to know the real culture, avoiding stereotypes about Italian people, and having authentic conversations. I also use strategies to connect the online learning environment with the real context where students live and people around them.

After my Master’s degree in Specialized translation, I decided to start a new adventure in teaching my mother tongue. I took Ditals II Level Certification and I became an Italian Teacher for foreigners. I have taught for years and I have had a lot of students from all over the world and of different ages. My first experience with language-teaching and exchange (a good and useful experience) was represented by tandem language learning (when I lived in Brighton). My lessons are structured according to language proficiency levels set by the European framework. But, beyond that, methodology, approach and the relationship between teacher and student are all that matters. Language isn't just grammar. Language is a communicative act and grammar plays a fundamental role in order to learn a language. It can't be, however, the only way to "achieve the objective". I think you can learn languages if you don't get bored, if you feel enthusiasm, if you have passion for what you are learning.

As an autodidactic polyglot, I am pretty familiar with challenges and tricks of learning languages and I help students overcome and master them. I have been teaching in different schools in several countries to students of different ages and levels. I am currently a teacher in a junior-high school in Italy. I have had classes for IELTS & TOEFL preparations, business courses, general English for children and adults and also conversation classes. During my BA degree in Italy, I have obtained extensive training on teaching methods and strategies that next to my long years of practical experience, it makes me a versatile teacher with robust classes that are both friendly and resourceful.

Sono tutor d'italiano da più di 6 mesi su italki (anche se ho avuto altre esperienze in precedenza) e ho avuto la fortuna di crescere continuamente seguendo alcuni dei miei studenti fin dall'inizio del loro percorso su questa piattaforma. E' un esperienza bellissima. A proposito di questo ringrazio con il cuore Linda, bravissima studentessa francese da cui ogni giorno imparo; sì, imparo perché quello con lo studente lo considero un viaggio con uno splendido compagno. I've been working as a language teacher since 2014. I've been teaching to students of almost all ages and educational degrees, from secondary school to university, and in language schools both in Italy and Spain. I adopt a communicative approach, without dismissing the importance of focusing on specific aspects of the language when needed. I love to transmit not only the language, but also the cultures of Italy and Spain. For this reason I love to use movies, musics and so on during the classes, and I hope that our lessons will give you a taste of these countries. And that you will learn more than just a new language.

I have a degree in Law, a Master in Development, and a certification in teaching Italian to foreigners (CEDILS) from the University of Venezia. I have been teaching Italian for 4 years to students from different nationalities at an International School and through private lessons. I taught children, teenagers, and adults from beginners to advanced level. My students described me as a warm and empathetic person and they enjoyed learning with me in a relaxed atmosphere.

I'm a very patient teacher and I love interacting with people and reaching goals step by step together with my students. I know how difficult can be learning a new language but I also know that we can do it calmly and consistently. I like to put myself on the line with new students!

Come tutore sono disteso, estroverso e calmo. La pazienza è la chiave per ottenere il massimo dei risultati. Perché una persona calma e rilassata, sta più attenta alle novità. Non essendo abilitato all'insegnamento della lingua italiana, posso aiutare i miei "interlocutori" con la pronuncia delle frasi, aumentando il loro vocabolario, correzioni grammaticali, e il linea di massima ad acquisire dimestichezza con la lingua italiana. La pratica aumenta l'autostima, la sicurezza e di pari passo la capacità di esprimersi in una lingua straniera con più disinvoltura.

Ho insegnato italiano per quattro anni agli studenti stranieri della mia università e ho anche dato lezioni private sia ad adolescenti e a professionisti. Sono diplomato in ragioneria e ho dato molte ripetizioni su questo settore, quindi posso aiutare gli studenti che intendono migliorare la capacità di esprimersi in un contesto di business. So bene quanto possa essere difficile imparare una nuova lingua e per questo le mie lezioni sono sempre basate sulle richieste specifiche dello studente.

Sono un'insegnate alla mano e scherzosa che cercherà di metterti a tuo agio il più possibile. Anche se sei un principiante in italiano o inglese farò il massimo per aiutarti a raggiungere il tuo obiettivo di apprendimento.
