Je débute en tant que professeur mais je suis très motivé et enthousiaste à l'idée de partager mes connaissances et un peu de ma culture aux personnes qui souhaitent apprendre le français.

Usually at the very beginning I will assess your language level, to make sure that the materials we’re going to be using during the course can actually be suitable and useful for your needs. I’m very patient and always try to create an enjoyable lesson.

I am a conversational, relaxed teacher who believes the best way to learn is to ensure that the student is enjoying the lesson. As a result, I like to use resources that the student enjoys, whether it be films, books or TV shows. Approaching these resources together and employing the right methodology of storing and memorising words and phrases is, in my opinion, the most effective and natural method of approaching language and is the reason I have been able to reach at least conversational levels in 4 languages.

As a language learner I learned more than 15 languages on italki, but I'm maintaining only 9 and learning my 10th (Chinese...). So I kind of know what are the mistake you should avoid as a beginner and give you some great tricks if you are already an advance student. As a teacher, my real job is a piano teacher, so teaching is my passion and this is what I was trained for!

Je suis actuellement en contexte d'apprentissage d'une langue particulièrement difficile (le portugais) et je sais à quel point cela peut être frustrant. Pour cela je mets à disponibilité mes compétences de correction phonétique, grâce à une méthode peu connue mais très efficace que vous découvrirez avec moi, pour faciliter votre production orale en français. L'oral est primordial et reste une des compétences les plus difficiles à maîtriser. Grâce aux nouvelles technologies et aux nouvelles méthodes d'enseignement, il est désormais possible de pratiquer cette compétence au quotidien.

I have been a Teacher Assistant in French classes for 2 years now, and I was also the Director of the French Speaking Lab. I know how to teach students from all around the world. Grammar and conjugation are not a problem for me because I have been teaching all levels already. I also teach conversation and pronunciation. Because I have already had students from all around the world, it is easy for me to bound with them and understand their need.

I have been a dance teacher for 40 years, so that I am sure I love teaching! At some times in the past, I have also given private language lessons at home, but it was hard to fit them into my family life. Now with italki offering online teaching, I am pleased to come back to it. I see teaching fundamentally as a way of communicating. Before starting to instil any skill in my dance students, I try to reach out to each of them and establish the open channel that is key to learning. This is how I am able to teach the difficult technique of classical ballet to complete adult beginners, women and men. Learning a language is no different and I will offer you my complete attention and support.

En enseignant, mon but est de vous permettre de vous améliorer dans la langue française que cela soit pour les cours ou simplement pour parler. Je suis constamment à la recherche de nouveaux exercices afin que l'apprentissage se fasse dans de bonnes conditions.

Teaching French is a great way to share knowledge and assist with professional development. I have been a French teacher for many years and I always enjoyed helping my students to improve, grow and find new ways to express themselves. Soy un profesor de francés. I am very organised and set the lessons ahead of time. My style is centered on the student which means the programme is entirely developed on the student's needs and objectives. As flexible as I can be there is always a structure to the lesson that ensures that aspects of reading, listening and speaking are covered in the lesson.

I've always helped my friends to learn French or Italian during my stay in France and also during my studies in Italy where I always helped foreign and Erasmus students learning Italian and English. I love to share my culture and to learn about other cultures, I really think that learning a new language is a way to connect, share and give yourself more possibilities and opportunities to reach your goals and to become a more open-minded and better person. I always try to share all of this during my lessons. That’s why I don’t like to say that I teach languages, I’d rather say that I exchange with people through the languages I speak.
