My policy: I respect your time, I expect you to respect mine. I accept rescheduling and the cancelling of lessons 2 hours before the class. I will not reschedule a class you missed, though in case of emergencies, I obviously will understand. Things happen. I have been tutoring for two years, though this is my first year on Italki. Teaching French was never on my agenda, at least not as a part time job. I have always wanted to be a doctor, and though I am studying to become one, I have some spare time where I can teach people French. My love for languages has made it so that teaching French is more fun than work. I also believe learning French should come with a positive attitude.

Professeur d'anglais, je suis passionnée par les langues: j'aime les apprendre et j'aime aussi les transmettre. J'ai enseigné en collège (de la 6ème à la 3ème et des classes SEGPA 6ème et 5ème) pendant 6 ans et donné des cours particuliers en parallèle à des élèves allant de la primaire au master (master psychologie, spécialisé sur l'autisme). Aujourd'hui, j'enseigne l'anglais en tant que formatrice à des professionnels qui travaillent principalement dans le domaine de la logistique. Je suis franco-algérienne , j'ai une lisence en science politique option organisation politique et administrative. Après mon mariage j'ai vécu en France où mes filles sont nées, mais actuellement on vient en Algérie. I found my passion for teaching while in college when I quit my part-time job at a restaurant bussing tables. I followed the advice of a friend, who was a tutor, and started tutoring students for some extra cash. I tutored students in my major, which was Spanish, and eventually began helping English Language learners, as well. I found it to be such a rewarding experience; I loved it! I have worked with native speakers of Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Arabic and I have found that everyone has a unique perspective. Since graduating with my Bachelor's degree in Spanish, I have had wonderful experiences teaching English in schools in Spain & France.

I have been travelling for many years and have visited over 30 countries. This has been an excellent way for me to help people learn new languages or develop their grasp of English. My experience ranges from teaching farmers in South America to assisting in small group settings studying for exams. I studied English language, French and Spanish, hopefully I can help you see how easy it can be to pick up a new language too. Please, no students under 17yrs (I may accept a trial or 30 minute lesson to see if we are compatible however, it is unlikely).
