Hi! I'm Andrea and I come from the city of sun, Naples! I'm a master student in Comparative Culture and Literature, focusing on English and Japanese languages and literatures. While studying, I work at a publishing where I basically deal with translation. I'm a curious and openminded person, always ready to expand my horizons.

Ik als leerkracht

Patience and understanding are my traits, dialogue for me is fundamental. I always try to meet my students halfway. Irony for is the key to success when it comes to teaching, but of course I never lose track my (and your) goals!

Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven

My lesson are always based on conversation and oral and written production, even though I always try to provide grammar basis. I really love working on texts, both news and stories, since they always give the chance to talk and discuss about many things! I tend to avoid a notionistic and rigid method (Especially with advanced students) because I think that real and spoken languages need to be lived and experienced, not studied.
