Hello/Merhaba! I am İrem from İstanbul, Turkey. I am a native Turkish speaker. I have been working in a high school since 2011. I am friendly and talkative persone. My hobies are yoga, dance and travelling. I have been to 10 different countries all around Europe. I really like to meet people from different nationalities and learn new cultures.

When we start learning a new language, I believe it is important to "learn by doing". My classes are mostly speaking based. I aim to improve my student's confidence and fluency while speaking Turkish. I don’t want my students to feel uncomfortable or stressed when we study. I know the hardest part of learning a new language is speaking. For speaking lessons we will talk about simple things at the beginning. We will base your level of course. Each lesson, We repeat vocabulary that we used previous lesson so that it will be easiyer to learn new words. I send a message during the class, you have a chance to turn back and read them again.

İrem is very respectful and patient. She understands that a person needs time to learn the words, the grammar and conversational skills and she provides the best instant translations and variations of them so that I can understand better. I am happy that I don't have to be so stuck on anything in particular and that the conversation feels more natural and fluid because that is how I like to learn. I am learning like I am in the country already. Thank you İrem!
