Ciao a tutti! I am Francesco and I live in Rome. I am a Biotechnology graduate and I completed my master's in the UK. I work full time as a clinical research coordinator in the health sector but in the evenings and weekends, I am here on Italki as a community tutor :) I never run out of topics for our informal conversations! My students know that we can end up talking about the weirdest things. I love learning new things while supporting you in advancing your language level. Ci vediamo presto! When I first started to take conversation lessions with Francesco I was very nervous about making mistakes and talking badly in Italian to a native speaker but now, due to the way Francesco supports and encourages you, I look forward to each lession with absolutely no anxiety whatsoever. I always enjoy talking to Francesco. He is such a curious person and we can talk about anything even if my level of Italian is far from being perfect. Very attentive and supportive, so I do not feel awkward:)

Just finished another lesson / conversation with Francesco. We talked about foods, cooking and books. Franceso is great at giving you space to speak and then inserting a little bit of advice or help just as you are getting stuck, and in this way the conversation keeps evolving. Such an easy way to spend time, learning all the time.
