Growing up, my parents both taught others, and I gained an interest in helping others learn and reach their potential.
Ever since I was young, I wanted to be a teacher and be able to meet others from different cultures and backgrounds. I am passionate about teaching English. Motivating, encouraging and enthusiastic are traits I like to incorporate into my lessons.

I specialize in conversational English, pronunciation, preparation for the IELTS examinations. I am flexible in teaching according to the students needs. In our lessons I help students with being comfortable in speaking. I give corrections and homework for students if they would like to focus on English outside of our lessons.
My teaching style is dependent on your needs; I am able to adapt to your level and requirements. I use a mix of speaking, reading, writing and listening activities. My materials range from articles (about topics YOU find interesting), YouTube videos and educational material like textbooks and images, to ensure you have a learning experience that suits your needs.Mijn lesmateriaal

English TeacherI taught students ages 4 to 18 in school. I focused on their pronunciation, and vocabulary through reading and writing. I would correct their pronunciation as we read along together in the same texts. The students then had to write down the vocabulary words they did not recognize-to take home and practice them for homework. With the older students I was able to play some conversation games to get them to think in English and use their speaking more.
2016 - 2016
Assistant English TeacherI taught in the classroom with students aged 5-18. I focused on pronunciation, spelling, grammatical errors, and vocabulary. The lessons with each grade varied, however, my tasks were just adapted to each level. I practiced and spent time with students preparing for their presentations.
2019 - 2020
Private English TeacherI currently teach three women from Mexico. They are 21, 44, and 53. Two of them are going to be taking their IELTS exam, and the other wants just to perfect her English.
