Hello, hello, hello! My name is Elena and I'm a digital nomad originating from London, however I'm currently based in sunny Alicante, Spain. I'm an outgoing and laidback kind of person with a zest for life. When I'm not teaching on Italki, you can find me working on my university essays, writing articles for my travel blog, spending time with my friends and family or perhaps practising the beautiful, ancient arts of Reiki, Yoga and Chakras. My interests include politics, self developments, spirituality and anything related to metaphysics! My hobbies are macramé, embriodery and drawing. Furthermore i'm a speaker of several languages: English, Spanish, Greek, Italian and Portuguese

Teaching is a passion of mine and is something that I have been doing since I turned 18. I have taught in a variety of countries and different settings, however I have decided to make teaching online my focus due to the amazing flexibility it gives me. As a teacher my main aim above everything is to create a laidback atmosphere where you, the student can feel comfortable enough to express your true feelings, ask sincere questions and be able to take on my feedback openly. As a natural empath, I have no problem connecting with many people from all cultures and I often get told that I have an 'old soul'. Please dont hesitate to get in touch with me! I look forwards to speaking with you!

I don't have any qualification in teaching yet, so I will start off providing informal conversation lessons! I want these to be fun and laidback, free from stress. In each class we can cover different kinds of themes that interest you. In my lessons you will have the chance to learn new vocabulary, phrases and figures of speech. What you will quickly notice about me is that I often speak in idioms and British phrases, so no doubt I'll be able to teach you some quirky colloquilisms from my country! Note: I'm a chatty and inquisitve person, however I respect everyones views and opinions. If there is ever a topic you would prefer to not discuss, then kindly refuse to answer the question! :)
