While my first travels I finally had a chance to really practice my English, what was (of course) totally different, as compared to being in class, even my English teacher was really good. My confidence in speaking a foreign language as well as my pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary increased incredibly.
I lived about four years in India and a big part of my daily life there was to learn and live a language, where even the script isn't the latin one.
My journey led me to discover my joy for teaching. As I know a lot about other languages and cultures I love to share my knowledge in a structured and fun way. Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven
As every student is different, every lesson is as well.
I believe in a free and flexible teaching style and I am creating an atmosphere where you feel good and comfortable by the surrounding, so you can ask anytime questions and have a safe space for free speech.
However your needs are and which topics will come up we will discuss and deepen grammar in a structured way to strengthen the base of the language or to do the "fine-art-work".

I was very happy to meet Katharina. We read a text together and she was able to guide me to understand it, using German as much as possible in her explanations. I also like her calm personality and willingness to be flexible with what I wanted to work on.

Our trial lesson was excellent. Katharina adjusted to my level and was very helpful in correcting all the mistakes I made. She was patient when I was struggling with constructing sentences and helped me along the way. I will definitely be scheduling more lessons with her in the future.

Katharina has an exceptional ability to make you feel relaxed and confident about speaking German. Coming back to the language after a very long break, I already feel much happier, thanks to Katharina's patience and support.
