I know I look super Japanese but don't worry I speak English just fine. I'm 20 & have lived most my life in Japan, finished high school there & I'm studying at Uni here in New Zealand. I love Gundam (and of course Naruto, Code Geass, Madoka magika.....etc) I used to know the English teachers quite well while I was in high school in Japan, & know how it can be. (Those who spoke a bit of Japanese were more popular as the students found their broken Japanese to be funny & approachable. I know proper Business/Honorific Japanese now since I'm a big boy. lmk if you're interested.

I've been on here for a few years now & I also teach outside of iTalki as well. Hence, I've learnt a lot of grammatical rules that explain what I had previously been doing instinctively and I would say I know how to explain 90% of the stuff that goes on and if not, I could probably explain it using the way we learnt Japanese grammar in Japan, in Japanese (it's a little different).

Basic and casual conversations with grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary and other support as it comes in need. I have pdf copies of most textbooks & we can use those as a syllabus if that suits you. (if you have your own material that's cool too.) Even if you don't know what you're doing/want to do that's fine we can work something out lol. Feel free to DM for further info/Qs.

always a fun time with mana shooting the breeze in both languages & making mistakes that he corrects + my fav part is that he'll explain how a concept is taught in japanese to japanese speakers

That was the first time for my daughter for taking lesson, she was a bit shy and didn't know what to do but thank you for being patient so she could over come the awkwardness. Overall she enjoyed your lesson and like the method for beginner.
