My name is Samantha Joanna and I working at the University of Hildesheim, teaching fundamental courses on (Applied) Linguistics. Language Science and Interculturality. I studied "Intercultural Communication and Language Science" myself in my Master studies with the focus on teaching German as a foreign language (DaF/DaZ).

I am passionate teacher and love to philosophy and discuss with my learners, because you as a learner have an opinion, you have ideas and thoughts you want to express and share and I am curious about it. I love to listen to your ideas and to learn from them myself by exchanging different perspectives with you.

Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven

My lessons are designed in a communicative and open way. I usally ask a lot of questions and encourage you as a learner to reflect your speaking, expressions and ideas you share. Often times I repeat the ideas you just expressed to give you alternative expressions with the goal to broaden your vocabulary or to correct any mistakes you did. If you have any special needs / requirements in your learning progresss apart from my lesson offers, feel free to ask me, contact me and / or book a trial class with me :)
