Since I completed my CELTA in 2016, I have been teaching English across the world, in Asia, Europe, Australia and South America. I’ve taught both in the classroom and in private lessons, including nearly 2000 hours online. Teaching online requires a different set of skills as a teacher, and I believe over the past 2 years I have mastered these skills to provide a balance between learning grammar and vocabulary and spending as much time speaking and communicating as possible. My students all have different preferences and styles when it comes to learning English, so however you like to learn - I am the teacher for you! Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven
PLEASE NOTE - my 1 hour lessons are 55 minutes long to give me a short break between lessons.
In my GE, WS, AF and EwH lessons, while we work through the lesson, we are always talking. I never ask you to write boring grammar exercises, so you are always practicing your speaking and listening skills. My aim in these lessons is to help you improve your English in a structured and well-planned but also natural, fun and engaging way.
In Conversation lessons we focus on speaking. During the lesson I will help you with pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary - but we tackle these as we find them through regular correction and explanation.Mijn lesmateriaal
