Ik als leerkracht
As a teacher, in the last 25 years of experience, I've come across many different students. I currently teach English in an English school here in Italy, that's the reason my availability was limitated in the last year.
Each one of them has their own characteristics and learning capacities. I try to elaborate custom methods together with the student, in order to reach the best learning procedure to use, from schematizations to memory methods, linguistic assonance and much more.
I think that each student has a great potential and that the best teacher is the teacher that is able to take this potential and make it grow! Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven

I provide highly customizable lessons for all the languages I teach.My lessons are custom-tailored to my students' needs & personal interests.I believe that the best way to learn a language is to speak it.During our lessons, we will talk about your interests (music, movies, news, etc.) & I will teach you how to easily speak a language.I am specialized in teaching to DYSLEXIC students.I prepare tailored lessons in order to help them learn a foreign language, which is a very difficult task.

- 15+ minutes of absence = no show

I found Gea to be a very supportive and insightful teacher. Very quickly Gea understood and interpreted my language intentions. I was surprised by, and put at the ease by, the skill with which she identified and managed my limited knowledge of the Italian language. I am delighted that within such a short space of time I was able to understand and also to make myself understood.

Gea is a wonderful teacher. In fact, when I first started talking about my motivation to learn Italian, she was a little skeptical. She ensured that she heard me out in the beginning about how I want to go about it. However, when we started the lesson, she complimented my pronunciation, gave me a lot of useful feedback and shared many resources with me.
She was very supportive of my schedule and my motivation to learn Italian. We also taked about how the situations in our countries have been. She also discussed what the future may look like, for me as an Italian learner.
Overall, I am very happy and lucky to have found her as my instructor. I am looking forward to my next lesson with her :)

I am a beginner, but Gea was very easy to follow. She understood how to communicate with a non native speaker. Thank you for and I hope you get better soon!
