I am a qualified English teacher but I have now specialised in teaching Italian as a second language and after two years working in two different private schools (teaching English and Spanish) I have started teaching Italian in an Italian institute in Istanbul. My current job involves not only teaching general Italian but also preparing students who want to take one of the Italian official certifications such as CILS, CELI etc. Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven
I use the communicative approach so grammar is taught through direct use of the language and considering the student's intuition/L1 language. I am a very enthusiast person and I consider myself very lucky having the chance of doing the job I love. During my intense experience I have dealt with any kind of issue a student might possibly have (age, tastes, aims, learning speed etc...) always with positive results. My lessons are organised according to my student's needs because a successful student is a successful teacher!

I really enjoyed my trial lesson with Alberto. It was very relaxed and professional at the same time. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to learn italian through conversation!
