I will answer to this question by explanation of leaders. I think there are two types of leaders one is that type which have innate skills of leadership. They usually perform their duty in a very unique way. I we look most of the great and famous leaders are of this type. The second type of leaders are those which don't have inborn skills of leadership. So some have modified their behaviour like a true leader and many don't care of these things they only care of their personal interests.
