I have a Bachelor of Arts in Languages with a Major in English Translation. If a student is more than 10 minutes late or is a no-show, students will be charged for the entire lesson.

Me considero una profesora que se implica en el aprendizaje del estudiante proporcionándole los materiales y recursos que necesita para que sea capaz de poder utilizarlos para aprender español. También me gusta plantearme con el estudiante cuales son sus objetivos y como hay que trabajarlos para conseguirlos. Por otro lado, me gusta plantear las lecciones de forma divertida y con temas que le interese al estudiante para que no pierda la motivación por su aprendizaje y disfrute en las lecciones. Por último, me gusta crear un ambiente agradable y cómodo en mis lecciones para que el estudiante se sienta cómodo y pueda expresar sus opiniones de forma libre.

Podemos adaptar la forma de aprender y el plan de estudios dependiendo de tu nivel y la manera en la que prefieras. Por ejemplo: - Conversar; te ayudo con tu pronunciación, los tiempos verbales, siempre sobre temáticas útiles que te interesen, de forma relajada y a tu ritmo. Además de enseñarte palabras y dialectos propios de mi país. - Escribir; si querés corregir textos, palabras, la gramática, etc. - Escuchar; con ejercicios de comprensión para que puedas afinar tu oído cuando escuchas español. - Leer; desde textos o frases simples hasta algo que te llame la atención.

Tengo 12 años de experiencia trabajando como profesora en diferentes áreas y a distintos niveles. He trabajado con niños desde los 4 años de edad hasta adultos mayores en clases grupales y personalizadas, tanto con principiantes como si ya tenían conocimientos previos en el área o si la necesidad era reforzar algunos aspectos. No cuento con un título de "profesora" como tal, pero he tomado cursos adicionales de metodologías de enseñanza y continúo capacitándome.

I'm friendly and enthusiastic. I try to improve student's Spanish level but I try to give then confidence for talking even if their Spanish is not perfect. Spanish to me is my life, I teach, I write and I research in Spanish, so I intend to show this passion into the class.

Simple grammar for sentence structure can't be overlooked. That's a fatal mistake that will set you back years.11 You won't actually be learning the language if you just repeat random sentences over and over instead of understanding why you say what you say. Another way to sabotage your language learning is by not practicing. You need to practice during and after the lesson, making it in a way that doesn't feel like a heavy load in your already busy life. 10 pages of homework is unnecessary. Short and simple does the job. Boring lessons can make you lose your motivation because language learning is one of the learning subjects that can be very fun to learn unlike math.

I have always loved teaching languages, and since childhood I always liked writing prose and poetry. As an adult, I realized that language is my passion. So I decided to teach the language that I love most. My passion for teaching Spanish increased according to the opportunities I’ve had with friends from other countries. What I most like about teaching is that I can learn from my students at the same time I teach to them. I like to be creative in my lessons and my goal is that my students could learn to use this language in every-day life and, above all, enjoy its riches.
