Enseñar es una de las cosas que mas me gusta hacer y mas si es cosas que me apasionan, así como los idiomas. los temas para hablar nunca se acaban conmigo, ya que soy una persona que le gusta compartir sus conocimientos, sus experiencias y su cultura.

Además de ser hablante nativo mi objetivo es que aprendas español de una manera sencilla, hice un curso para estar preparada para enseñar español a extranjeros, por lo que tengo el conocimiento del lenguaje y del proceso de enseñanza. Como profesor considero que soy paciente, me encanta explicar y compartir los temas que conozco. Cuando es necesario me gusta entrar a detalle, investigar y entender el porque de las cosas. Disfruto preparar mis clases, siempre estoy dispuesta a aprender y me siento muy feliz y realizada cuando las personas aprenden y quedan satisfechas después de que les he explicado algún tema.

In my classes I am very patient and I try to keep my students motivated, because languages are important tools that will give them great opportunities in life. I think pronunciation is very important, so I can be very helpful when it comes to learning the pronunciation. I like making my classes fun, I have my own material and I always try to give my students exactly what they want: grammar instructions, more vocabulary or conversation practice.Also I always try to be fun and I intend to be innovative. So I use fun excercises to write and speak. I always look forward to improving my teaching style because I want to be an excellent teacher and person.

Growing up, I always helped my classmates with English tests and later on I started teaching children in my hometown English. I would love to continue sharing my beautiful language with foreigners, as well as helping Spanish speakers with their English, by having casual conversations and learning from them as well! -- Desde que era muy joven siempre ayudé a mis compañeros de clase a estudiar inglés, y más adelante, comencé a enseñarle inglés y español a niños. Me gustaría seguir compartiendo ambos idiomas con aquellos que lo necesiten a través de conversaciones casuales en donde aprendamos mutuamente.

Estudié Letras y estuve enseñando lengua española y literaturas en general por más de 10 años. Luego, me dediqué a ayudar a aquellos que presentaban dificultades en el aprendizaje y me licencié en Psicopedagogía. Actualmente, estoy estudiando un máster orientado a profundizar en la enseñanza del español como lengua extranjera. Creo que mi rol como profesor es facilitar la apropiación de una lengua, creando un espacio donde el que aprende se sienta cómodo para experimentar, equivocarse, preguntar… Implica un trabajo activo por parte de ambos.

Teaching has been such a fulfilling experience; for me, learning is a two way street. Every student I’ve had has taught me something different and has helped me grow as a person. I think everyone learns at their own pace, this is why I like getting to know my students in order to tailor my lessons to a style and speed that’s best for them.

I am a professional Spanish teacher. I have a degree in Hispanic Philology and I´m certified by International House. I´ve worked many years at Instituto Cervantes in Prague and I have more than 15 years of experience teaching students of all levels.

I have been teaching Spanish for more than 8 years in Italki. I teach Spanish from A1 level to C1 Level. Usually, I use as guide the book "the ultimate Spanish review and practice and also, resources from internet as videos, songs, photos, and information about Colombian cultural and tourist places.

Me gusta ir despacio, prefiero afirmar y reafirmar los conocimientos, pues, es sabido que luego de las 12 horas de haber aprendido algo nuevo se borra de nuestra memoria y por lo tanto debemos retornar y afirmar con nuevos trabajos los contenidos enseñados. Soy una apasionada de la profesión y lo hago con muchísimo gusto, disfruto dar clases.

I've been teaching for 2 years in a high school in the morning and some language schools in the afternoon. I also gave some private classes to students that needed to improve their school marks or were preparing for the Cambridge First Certificate. Due to the fact I love studying languages myself, I feel I have the tools to understand how different people learn, and that learning should be interesting and fun. It is for this reason that I welcome suggestions and requests from students to enable me to adapt every single class towards what the student wants.
