I can describe myself as an experienced tutor with interesting approaches and high motivation. I know quite well old Russian language and this helps me to explain some Russian grammatical forms and word formations. I enjoy giving lessons and have a good time during the lessons with my students.

I have graduated from Petrozavodsk State University with two majors English and Teaching Techniques. As well as this, I have a certificate to teach Russian as foreign language. I have school based experience from Russian and Danish schools. For 8 years I have been working as a private tutor teaching kids and adults, creating special programs for them which would meet their goals and interests, help them improve their language level and prepare for language exams and interviews.

I have 5 years of experience in teaching foreign languages field, and I believe the best way to learn any language is an immersion into it. So i let my students to talk a lot and improve their conversational skills instead of memorizing names of grammar rules. As a teacher, I use the communicative method of teaching- it mean during our lesson we work on all 4 aspects, we read, write, listen, speak a lot. Как учитель, я использую коммуникативную методику- это значит, что на наших уроках мы читаем, пишем, слушаем, много говорим.

There are a lot of different techniques on how to learn another language. The technique which I prefer to use is communicative and it’s intended to help you learn a foreign language as quickly as possible and succeed in it! I believe that language learning should be accompanied by immersion in a foreign culture. You will master the language faster and will be able to use it if you think like a native speaker.
