My teaching experience includes 2 years of working in a private language school in Russia, with groups and individual students, and 6 years of teaching online one on one. I teach general English to adults, from complete beginners up to Intermediate level. I work with students from all over the world. I teach Italian, German, English, Spanish, Russian, French, Dutch, Catalan, Portuguese, Greek, Hindi, Arabic and Esperanto (at different levels). I specialise in multilingual teaching (up to 10 languages in one course) and I am a certified language examiner for English, Italian, Russian, French, German and Spanish. I hold an MA in International Communication, an MA in Didactics, two BAs in Translating and Interpreting and a CELTA (Certification in English Language Teaching to Adults).

I’m a language learner myself, just started learning my 2nd foreign language that is Spanish. So I’ve been in your shoes and able to see struggles learners can have. Before I became fluent in English, I experimented with many things that concern language learning, tried what works and what doesn’t. Somewhere down the road, I realized languages aren’t that dire as they seem to be and I’d love to make you just as confident. Honestly, what’s better in life than being a competent language learner? When it comes to Russian, I offer all the valuable knowledge that people have about their own language

I help students to improve their communicational language skills and work with beginners and with advanced students as well.

Throughout my whole practice, my main goal is to achieve a deep engagement of the student in the subject, teach them self-education, and develop a strong liking for foreign languages in general and English in particular. This can be reached though a set of different tools.

I have a Certificate in Teaching English in Secondary school and a TEFL certificate. My strengths as a teacher are patience and individual approach to every student. I can make the process of study positive and fun for you.

Being familiar with English, German and Spanish grammar, I know very well what difficulties people speaking these languages might face as they learn Russian. To learn Russian of course you have to be persistent and focused on your goal but there is a range of methods to make this process vivid, sparkling, exciting and full of curious discoveries. Bearing in mind that learning has to be enjoyable and fulfilling, I help my students find the most effective ways to guide them through Russian.
