I’ve been studying languages on Italki for a year now, so I know what students expect from their community tutors and what components help to design a great lesson. We'll build our classes considering your goals and I’ll do my best to provide you with the knowledge that is going to be handy in real life.

I've been teaching for over 1 year on different online platforms. I have 2 Bachelors's degrees in Advertising and PR, where I studied the language on a professional level and Fine Art. Мое неполное образование связано с преподавательской деятельностью, однако я предпочитаю разбавлять нудное заучивание интерактивом, стараюсь найти индивидуальный подход. Так же я считаю, что практика языка является одним из основных аспектов, чтобы начать уже говорить и изъясняться с носителем.

The most important thing for me is that you enjoy the learning process and enjoy it every time. With great patience, I primarily care about a positive and friendly atmosphere in the classroom, as well as maintaining your motivation. But at the same time, I am always focused on your results, correcting your mistakes and practicing the material until you use it in your speech automatically. Also I have a degree as a sport psychologist, wich allows me to create my own teaching system, based on a combination of sports training and a linguistic principles of teaching.

I believe that the best way to learn any language is to talk about what we love: traveling, cinema, books, science and so on - I’d love to discuss it with you. If you are a beginner, don’t be worried - I understand the problems and fears you may face. I'm friendly, flexible and very patient. I like discussing various topics such as music, films, food, technologies, traveling, culture, etc. I'm good at explaining grammar, so you can ask me any questions about that. I prefer not to push but to inspire, and individual approach is my main principle. I let the students study at their own pace, and I always try to find the best way to help them achieve their goals. I'm happy to see how my lessons help my students to travel, to communicate with their family members, to find work in another country, to get another citizenship, etc. I also hope I can help people from different countries understand each other better.

I am a professional teacher of Russian as a foreign language. I am a graduate of Moscow State University and a teacher at MGIMO University. I have been working with foreign students from all over the world for 4 years. I am a licensed EFL teacher and specialize in grammar and accent reduction. I've been helping my students prepare for EIKEN ever since I came to Japan. I myself had to take TOEFL iBT back when I was applying to the University of Minnesota and I easily got 110 points which is the equivalent of EIKEN 1. If you are preparing for either EIKEN or TOEFL, I have the materials, qualifications, and experience necessary to help you succeed.

Achievements of my students: 1. One of my students entered Middlebury Language School with the highest score in Russian this year. I helped her with tests and interviews. In the future, she is planning to teach Russian in the university herself. 2. More than 40 students already visited Russia and Ukraine as tourists after learning from me. Some of them found here their future spouses. 3. I help my students to reduce their accent and I also worked as an accent trainer for an American TV show (the show was about spies). 4. 2 of my students applied for The Fulbright scholarship program, and both of them won the contest. They start learning from me as beginners, now they work and live in Russia.

Hello! I am new on Italki. My name is Alina and I am a Russian language teacher. Few years ago I graduated with a masters degree in Philology, specializing in Russian as a Foreign Language. I worked at universities in Vietnam and in Russia. Now I work as a RSL tutor online, and as an ESL teacher for kids in China offline. During my lessons we use an online whiteboard, which is available for a student after a trial lesson. I highly recommend you to start our acquaintance with the trial, where we can know each other and you will explain me your goals and vulnerabilities.
