So my lesson is a combination of 5 components of speech: listening, general speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar. 3) I use modern Russian books + my professional knowledge + some information from Russian media.

I understand a language as a system, so you just need to understand the logic of this system and then practice it. We'll do lots of exercises and of course practice lots of SPEAKING.
