I teach Russian (general/technical/business) and general English, including, reading, speaking and writing; also, focusing on pronunciation and conversation skills. Recently, I have excelled at IETLS exam (my overall band score was 8.0), so I understand how it feels to learn a new language. I used Italki for my exam preparation, so I’d say, that by far it is the most productive way to learn a new language. I do enjoy general conversations as well, and am curious by nature so I always have many questions to keep the conversation going.

I have professional bakground in Linguistics. So, I can explain you French and how it functions so you could better understand the philosophy of this language. !! I have experience in teaching English-speaking students offline in groups. I usually teach adults and teens from zero to intermediate level knowledge. I will help to make the first step in learning Russian. If you already know Russian a little, I will help to improve it.

My lessons include grammar, phonetics and pronunciation, vocabulary and writing. A lot of attention is paid to speaking practice and listening. You will have program according to your preferences, your level of knowledge, your professional interests and number of classes, you'd like to take. Private schedule according to your work and/or study schedule. The classes can be in the morning, afternoon or in the evening. As a person who's learned 3 foreign languages from a beginner to a proficient level, I'd like to say that it is an exciting adventure to new culture and the world! That is because when you learn a new language, you not only learn new grammar and new words, you also learn new culture and new way of thinking. There is a proverb in Turkish language: "You live a new life for every new language you speak. If you know only one language, you live only once". I've been working as a teacher for a long time. I started my career as a private tutor and then taught English to teenagers at a private language school while working on my master’s. I then realized that I’d love to teach Russian as a foreign language too so I signed up for a special course at my alma mater.
