The best online Korean lessons

I'm enjoying helping people. I could figure out the student's strong point or weak point very quickly. so that, I can teach them effectively. I've been teaching several types of students who learn fast, slow, can read-only or can speak-only. I understand that one of the important things for better learning of the second language is motivation. I know how to motivate students. this is one of my strong points. I also can cover most of the Korean areas such as academic purpose, TOPIK, KIIP, a Job interview and document review. I'd like to talk about first before I start to teach with the student.

My majors are English Language and Korean as a foreign language. I was fascinated to teach what I know while I was an English teacher in Korea for four years and I learned how to pour love to my students by spending quality time. Moreover, teaching Korean at the university in the USA made me feel more proud of what I am doing as a native speaker. As a teacher, I consider communication as well as knowledge as the top priority to know what students are struggling with and help with it properly. I can be your friend-like teacher!

Currently, on-line classes are offered on weekdays after work and on weekends. I teach students from various countries, such as China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the Philippines, the United States, and Brazil. The age group of students varies from 20s to 50s, and I teach a variety of students from beginners to free talking, I also teaching with textbooks such as 'Hanyang Korean', 'SungDae Korean', 'Seogang Korean', 'Korean Art History' and 'the Bible '. And at a Korean language study group in front of Hongik University, on the weekend, I did 1:1 class service for Japanese students for about 2 years.

I love to study to be a better teacher and currently I am studying at the graduate school of education, majoring in 'teaching Korean as a second language'. As a language learner myself I understand how scary and confusing it can be. To be fluent and confident you need lots of practice. To reach your goals you need to speak, listen, read, write and make lots of mistakes. Let's work on this together! I will help you feel comfortable and encourage you to be confident.

I am currently taking a program to become a government certified teacher. I have experience of teaching children in USA for about 2 years and I really enjoyed it. I like to motivate my students, mostly let my student solve the problems and challenges alone because I believe in that way students can practice more with the grammar, but I am happy to help my students if they find it too challenging.

I have teached korean to foreigners who want to improve korean skills. Especially speaking and listening. I was a tutor at essay class in kindergarten for 6months. I'm a language learner first and a teacher second. Having this background helps me have a heightened level of patience and understanding when I work with my students. You can take all the time you need in the world to say whatever you want to say. I can step in when you need me. Think of me as training wheels on a bike! I also encourage you to get used to making mistakes. No one succeeds without making mistakes. I love teaching the Korean language and having interesting, cultural conversations. As far as corrections go, they are given in real-time, and students are encouraged to make their own notes. I'll try my best to make the corrections as easy as possible to review on your own.
