Sono una persona molto paziente e amo conoscere persone nuove durante le mie lezioni. If you want to come to Italy, even if your level is beginner, with few words you can manage it, go shopping, ask for information, book a hotel or things like this. As intermediate you can talk about all the aspects of the everyday life, or express deeper concepts, and I can help you to choose the right words and the correct sentence structures, that ones that italians use in a normal conversation. If you have particular needs or interest, we can deepen some topic or a specific technical language. I can also teach you the most common idioms in the spoken Italian, and we can even have a look to our body language, that we use very often.

I love teaching: since I was a child I've always wanted to become a teacher. I have been teaching italian for more than two years online and in presence both individually and to groups of students. I attended a language teaching course at the Ca' Foscari University. I’m currently helping young people (from 10 to 15 years old) with English and Italian.

I came to teach quite by chance. I bumped into a job advert and send through my cv. Unexpectedly, they gave me an interview, which went well so I flew to UK to teach Italian. That was incredible. Since then, I have been specialising in teaching. I have a university degree in science communication, specialises in journalism and I am at the second year of a second degree in languages and foreigh cultures, specialises in English and Spanish.I have got the CEDILS certification which is a certification of competence in teaching Italian as a foreign language or second language. I have also got C1/2 level proficiency certificates in English, Spanish and Japanese (CAE, DELE C2, JLPT2).

I am a serious, but relaxed teacher. I like to think that it is easier to memorize new things when having fun, rather than under stress.

I have given many private lessons in Math and English, and I often do language exchanges with international people. I am a cheerful person and I try to give joy to my students. I think that learning without realising it is the best way to reach a goal. I know that every single student takes their own time to learn. I am very patient and I always wait for an answer. I think that silence is very important too and is not good to force a student to speak when he or she is not completely self-confident.
