Non c'è niente di più bello che accompagnarli nel loro percorso e aiutarli a superare le proprie difficoltà senza paura. Credo molto nell'insegnamento "col sorriso", l'apprendimento mentre ci si diverte diventa molto più semplice ed efficace. Mi concentro tantissimo sia nella preparazione delle lezioni e sia nella lezione stessa. Ho un'alta formazione di grammatica e letteratura italiana e latina, oltre che scientifica, perciò sono molto versatile. Sono una docente qualificata di italiano come lingua straniera, ho molte esperienze in giro per il mondo con grandi e piccoli. Ho una laurea triennale in Mediazione Linguistica e Culturale, con lo studio di inglese e spagnolo, successivamente ho scelto di specializzarmi in Didattica dell'Italiano a Stranieri e ho ottenuto la certificazione Ditals. Tramite la mia università, Università per Stranieri di Siena, ho avuto l'opportunità di fare esperienze lavorative all'estero: a Boston in una middle school, a Londra con adulti dipendenti della banche HSBCe SwISS bank, a Città del Guatemala e a Buenos Aires presso gli Istituti Italiani di Cultura, in Turchia e a Melbourne.

Sono una persona molto paziente e amo conoscere persone nuove durante le mie lezioni. Cerco di fare del mio meglio e di trasmettere ai miei studenti sicurezza e tranquillità durante lo studio dell'italiano perchè sto cercando di migliorare il mio inglese e quindi so cosa significa studiare una lingua diversa dalla propria. The key of my teaching style is «Learning&Doing – Doing& Learning». When I teach offline, every activity, from the one to one lesson to the workshop, from the board game to the Apulian tour, is based on missions to accomplish. Students learn Italian with Karaoke, role plays (would you like to be Pavarotti for few hours?), Italian recipes, cappuccinos to ask in a cafè, treasure-huntings around the city. When I teach online I try to add fun to my lessons: role-plays, quizzes, customized conversations and songs are my trump cards. Smiling is the main ingredient for effective learning. This is the (not so secret) recipe of my lessons!

I graduated from Padua University in Classics in 2013 and started working after few months in a private school in Padua as a teacher for Italian as a second language. After one year I decided to specialize in the field of teaching languages and I had a Masters in Advanced Planning for teaching Italian to foreigners. I also had a second-level DILS-PG certification and I’m a CILS and CELI examiner. I’ve been working as a contract teacher for the University for Foreigners of Perugia for 2 years. I'm currently working for them in Milan at the European Institute of Design, where I prepare Chinese-speaking students for the admission exams for design courses.
