I've been teaching on italki for more than 3 years now. I currently teach both online and face-to-face in Speak Up French the language school I founded. I have helped hundreds of students improve their French skills and I have specialized in teaching intermediate and advanced students and in exam preparation (DELF DALF TEF TCF) with 100% rates in 2019 and 2020. Our lessons will be focused on the areas that you are most concerned about improving. I will provide you with homework and help you adopt the right strategies that will boost your French communication.

French - I have taught different levels - from beginners up to advanced levels. Complete beginners are also welcomed - I have taught many of them. I can also help you to prepare for DELF exam (A2, B1, B2). As for my classes - I have a variety of materials. I can prepare grammar and vocabulary exercises and also listening and speaking activities. I teach also the Slovak language. We will learn pronunciation, grammar and we will practice conversation.

I have taught English and in-house software in an international law firm but I am now looking for a new opportunity to teach French, my native language, as part of an old dream of mine!

Don’t worry, I am very patient, and if you make a lot of mistakes, it’s not a problem for me. I will correct you each time on the online document (the google doc) that you will open whenever you want! Never feel bad because you make mistakes. That is part of the learning process. I have been teaching Math last year in a secondary school for several levels, it was a good experience for me, also during my student years, I been giving particular courses, so that makes me understand more about teaching and what student wait from a teacher. For the last five years after been graduated in IT, I start studying and learning languages, I learn English and Spanish from the beginning, without being in a physical course, so I collect a lot of skills on how to learn a language that I can share with you.

I am calm, patient and I can adjust to your level. I give sessions in French and Arabic at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. I am flexible and can adapt our sessions to what you want to do. I focus on everyday English, culture of the English speaking world, English for specific purposes and have taught international university students in the US, with a focus on essay writing. I taught in France at university level (literature, creative writing, Anglophone media). Most recently, I have taught communicative English, IELTS preparation, Business English for corporate classes, including one-to-one lessons. I came to foreign language teaching as a foreign language student (speaking Spanish as a child at home and school) and starting French as a complete beginner at 17 in Quebec. These experiences made me aware of how language could facilitate travel and cultural exchange.

I have taught as a High School French teacher and private tutor for 10 years. I've had lots of experience teaching students online, from larger classes to individuals. Recently, I have developed as an online teacher as it has brought on many new opportunities and technologies.] I’have worked with beginners and advanced learners, businessmen, 4-year old kids, newly-settled residents in French-speaking countries, and those with the simple pleasure and enthusiasm for learning a new language.

Je propose des cours uniquement centrés sur la pratique de la conversation mais également des cours centrés sur la grammaire et la conjugaison!

Soy un profesor apasionado en ayudar a mis alumnos hasta lograr cumplir sus metas, como profesor de idiomas me considero muy paciente, generando un buen ambiente de confianza, me centro en todas las competencias de aprendizaje de un idioma y para eso uso canciones, lectura de noticias o lo que el alumno desee leer para así adquirir un vocabulario optimo y en ejercicios de fonética con diálogos para así lograr que el alumno suene como un nativo.

I customize the classes for every student depending on their levels, their needs, their interests and their objectives. I meticulously prepare each class using adapted and certified educational materials that I select for each student and I constantly offer extra exercices and activities as homework in between classes upon request from my students. I offer not only general French classes, but also conversational classes for intermediate and advanced levels. I also offer French exam preparation courses for students who are planning to take the DELF or TEF exams.

I consider myself very organised, friendly and supportive, but most importantly, I am passionate about teaching, and encourage my students to become confident and independent in their learning. I specialise in adult language learning. I dont offer lessons for children and teenagers.
