My approach tailors the experience to the individual's goals with constant feedback to improve the student's skill rapidly. I have a flexible and dynamic approach to lessons and my lessons are useful, interesting, and quite often fun! I believe that this is the quickest and most enjoyable way to learn a language.

I am a citizen of Jamaica, a high school and college graduate and an all rounded individual who believes there are no limitations to accomplishing any given tasks once you put your mind to it. My mom being a teacher has helped me to be able to do this job with the experience that was given to me where l had to extend myself to assisting her on days when she was either sick or just needed help with slow learners. I have also taught foreign natives our famous ‘patois’ also known as Jamaican Creole. I have experience teaching children, teenagers and also adults of all age.

My teaching philosophy is that: "people learn best when they are having fun". I think that most people learn the best when they are laughing and smiling. I've been a teacher of English for over 20 years, and I've followed different interests as I've grown in my career to take in teaching young learners, exam preparation, examining, English for Academic Purposes, teaching pre-literate children, academic management and teacher training, supporting people with a variety of special educational needs and now I'm developing tech skills to support learnings learning online and through hybrid teaching. I am always curious about new aspects of my career.

My lessons are focused on building your skills in all areas of language learning: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. During the lesson, we will work on speaking and listening through role-playing activities ("scheduling a meeting", "ordering a pizza"), speaking tasks (job interviews, introducing yourself), and conversations about topics that interest you. News articles, homework, and other authentic materials are provided to help increase your vocabulary and fluency. All classes are conducted on Zoom.

Because my lessons are solely conversational, I HIGHLY recommend you only take my lessons if you're an intermediate/advanced learner. As an informal tutor, we will not spend much time on grammar, but if you do have specific questions you'd like to ask me, I can help you! The best way i can help you on your journey to becoming fluent in English, is of course letting you talk, but also create an environment in which we both have a conversation. The goal is to improve listening comprehension as well as verbal communication.

Thanks to my friend I've been giving language lessons to people who wants to learn about the language. Close where I live there's a town that is full of tourists and most of them don't speak spanish then I've helped them to speak it.

I became a teacher to share my passion for languages with the world. I want everyone to realise how much fun you can have learning a new language. It is easier than you think. Forget about all the boring language classes in school and prepare for lessons filled with fun and laughter. I became a TEFL qualified tutor in 2017 and since then have completed hundreds of hours of teaching students at all levels. I regularly help students of all levels to improve their understanding of English, increase their vocabulary and become confident English speakers. My goal is to help you express your personality, intelligence and ideas in your new language; and it is possible when we work together.

Isn't it annoying when you are talking to your teacher and you are thinking about grammar ,or you know that you made a mistake but your teacher isn't correcting you. I know I hate it. It's a waste of time and money. In our lessons, I will ALWAYS correct you, by writing down or interrupting to tell you this was mispronounced, grammatically incorrect or if it doesn’t sound right or natural. I have experience in teaching non-native Arabic speakers. I have taught many students and they all loved the language. I can teach children and adults in a simple and uncomplicated way. I am patient and friendly. I am flexible, I don't have a problem if a student asks me to change the topic or reschedule
