I'm very enthusiastic and encouraging, and work hard to make sure you feel comfortable and confident enough to try and challenge yourself in starting a new language. Every class is tailored to the individual needs of the student. I want to know your goals. Based upon that we can find the best speed and intensity in your learning process. These will be conversational classes in which you will do majority of the talking. I do want my lessons to be fun so the topics we choose will be chosen with you in mind. I love using books, articles, music and any other artistic bodies of work as a way of teaching and learning and also making it interesting for the student. I might provide homework but it will be something fun that relates to our discussion. F.g. to read an article, song lyrics or simply watch a movie~

I traveled to India in 2015. Apart from a couple of months during the summer when I may travel abroad, India remains my home. I live among people from more than 15 countries. Every day we hear lectures and interact with each other in both English and Hindi. For foreigners, English is the main medium of communication. Being a native English speaker, shortly after arriving I had the opportunity to teach English to non-native speakers and this is where I began teaching.
