I started teaching English around 8 years ago. In recent years I've been teaching both teenagers and adults and I've worked with different books, such as Interchange, Passages, Top Notch, Summit, American English File, and so on. I have an M.A. in teaching English as a foreign language and an FCE certificate (First Certificate in English) with a grade A. I'm interested in teaching because it's always been an innate desire for me. I have always been enthusiastic about sharing what I know with other people. I love teaching both English and Persian!

As a teacher, my goal will be to make all the process easier for you. Lets face it - Russian is not easy. I understand a language as a system, so you just need to understand the logic of this system and then practice it. We'll do lots of exercises and of course practice lots of SPEAKING. Also during our lessons I'm trying to reach the best balance between grammar, vocabulary, and reading. It can both formal and informal lessons. ! Cancelation policy! If you ask to reschedule more than 24 hours before our lesson, we'll just reschedule. If you don't show up without a notification it counts as lesson. Thanks for understanding.

Classes with me will include lots of talking, I base my classes around conversational English, helping students improve different areas of English by speaking. The classes are in a friendly environment, so if you make a mistake you don’t need to feel foolish. Also I am quite energetic, so we will have lots to talk about. All classes will be made according to your wants and needs, each class different to the next. We will use, PDF’s, articles, podcasts, videos in lessons to make them interesting. I developed a passion for learning foreign languages. I have been studying Polish and Ukrainian diligently for the past year and before that, I was learning German, Russian and even some Estonian! I have completed most of the online language learning apps and programs, have read many language learning books, have had many language exchanges and even private lessons. 

I know what it’s like to learn a new language and to look for the best teachers/resources! Through all of this, I have gained a lot of experience in language learning and teaching.

I am TEFL and IELTS qualified as of last year. I had the fantastic opportunity to teach in Buenos Aires, Argentina for 4 weeks. Since January 2019, I have been helping people with their English speaking skills. As a teacher, I am fun, reliable, respectful and creative. I totally understand how hard it is to learn a new language and sometimes things don't quite 'click and fall into place'. That's perfectly fine, it's part of the process. I have taught people of all ages and abilities and love to see people improve their skills, abilities and most importantly their confidence. I also maximise and encourage speaking as much as possible, as I feel its the best way to learn a new langauge.

I've been teaching English since 3 years ago. My classes are student centered, my greatest strengths are my ability to connect to my students on their level, my management skills in a classroom and building and maintaining a warm and successful classroom environment.

As I have been teaching English for around two years, and being a language learner myself, I can say that I know the difficulties and problems people experience while learning languages. I can help you gain confidence in your target language, and adapt the level of the language that is being spoken to a level in which you feel comfortable. These lessons are absolutely stress-free.

I have a certificate in advanced English and several years of experience teaching English both in person- one on one, and online. I taught students of all proficiency levels, from 7 to 77 years old.

Teaching language is my love and my students are my best friends. I love my job as a teacher because I have experienced sweat moments in this job. The impact a teacher has on the students’ life is not new to me.I feel completely satisfied when I see I was the origin of a positive change in a person’s life. To me, teaching is not limited to teach a lesson, but it means more, it means changing a life, making world a better place to live and bringing smile to one’s lips. As a Tutor, I am here to help people learning language. So I will be as patient and clear as I can to help my students improve their levels and skills. As a Teacher, I really value a process, so I will not be bothered by your mistakes, because we are here on italki to learn language. This is my motivation why I want to join italki as a Community Tutor. My area of expertise are teaching Indonesian and English for beginners, intermediate and advanced level. For me, being a Community Tutor is also a great way to introduce my culture.

On italki, I've taught students from ages 2 to 60, I taught beginners, intermediate, and highly advanced students. I've taught skills, grammar, and vocabulary lessons as well as specialized lessons like Business English, Travel English, English Literature and test preparation (IELTS, FCE, TOEFL). I have over 2 years experience of teaching learners of all levels, and I hold a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds, UK. Learning a new language can be daunting and scary, and as a learner you may often feel overwhelmed when using your new language. As someone who has lived abroad for 2 years, in Santiago, Chile, I know exactly how it feels to be a language learner who feels unsure about using their second language, and may lack confidence in speaking situations. I’m here to help you gain confidence in your use of spoken English, and can help you with grammar and conversation practice.

I have 5 years experience in teaching foreign languages for all levels on line and translated vast projects from English into French and Arabic and verse versa. I will supply students some methodological keys addressing their expectations, creating a positive learning environment, and finding a balance among modeling, explaining and practice. I have several months of experience teaching mixed-level adult classes (Canadian Benchmark Levels 1-4) in Winnipeg, Canada. My long-term goal is to move abroad (most likely to Asia) and teach English to students of all ages.

As a person who's learned 3 foreign languages from a beginner to a proficient level, I'd like to say that it is an exciting adventure to new culture and the world! That is because when you learn a new language, you not only learn new grammar and new words, you also learn new culture and new way of thinking. There is a proverb in Turkish language: "You live a new life for every new language you speak. If you know only one language, you live only once". I've been working as a teacher for a long time.
