Funny enough, when I was a kid I was repeating over and over that I’ d prefer to clean the streets than be a teacher since I was the teacher’s daughter. Never say never! It has started with some art and education projects that I was doing for underprivileged kids and teens in my neighborhood. Since I was 14 years old, I like learning languages that is why, currently, I study Modern Languages. I almost get my college degree. In my studying process, I realized that I really love teaching languages. Therefore, I decided to look for an academy here in my country to teach the languages I know and share my knowledge. It is really important for me to make sure my students are learning, so that is why I teach in a participative and dynamic way between my students and me.

For our lessons I’ll choose among a selection of textbooks written by professional authors. The choice will be based on many factors: your current level, your native language and its distance from the target language, your goals and learning style. If you need to reinforce some topics I’ll add extra activities to the lessons or as homework. Homework is not compulsory, but please keep in mind that learning a language is fun and effective only when both the student and the teacher put some effort into it. I’m very happy to teach students with different needs, from beginners who have never learned a second language to advanced students who are looking for serious, structured teaching.

To me, one of the most important aspects of learning a new language is confidence. I know speaking a foreign language can be daunting at times, and I want to help you improve both your skills and your confidence through conversations. My aim is to make you feel comfortable when speaking to other people: there is no shame in making the occasional mistake or asking someone to repeat themselves.
