Here in China I found a lot of people, both kids and adults that wanted to speak or learn from foreigners. As such I slowly learned how to teach people. Now I feel confident to teach English as well as Dutch. Teaching is a lot of fun to me, seeing students grow from beginners into full native speakers is great. Each learner is unique in terms of their goals, language proficiency level, and learning styles. Thus, after an introductory trial lesson, I work out a tailor-made lesson plan for the learners so they can make the best of the time and money they spend.

I have a wide range of teaching experience, and I enjoy teaching any level, from beginner to proficiency. I particularly enjoy explaining difficult grammar and pronunciation problems, and I love to be challenged in this area. I can help you with functional language and conversational fluency. I can also help you with the difference between different dialects and accents, and I can explain to you just why it is sometimes just so DIFFICULT to understand what native speakers are saying. I have over 10 years' experience in planning and delivering IELTS and Cambridge exam classes. I have worked for prestigious universities in both the UK and overseas. I can give you the confidence you need!

I think I have always wanted to be a teacher because I like to share knowledge. Initially, I wanted to teach young children so I took Early Childhood Education courses at College. TEN YEARS of TEACHING EXPERIENCE, as a private tutor, helped me learn the value of humour. When children are entertained, they learn easily! Learning should be FUN! For 20 years, I have enjoyed working with adults to help them improve their comprehension and vocabulary. No one is ever too old to learn!

I consider myself to be a very friendly, positive and patient individual. I want to create a space which is comfortable, as I understand the discomforts that come with learning a language. Writing has always been one of my passions because the ability to express oneself through words has such an impact on the reality that one creates. During my years in university I excelled in all my English classes. I was chosen to be a teacher’s assistant for ESL classes, and I worked in the English Lab alongside English professors to edit and revise student essays. I recently obtained a TEFOL and have received several offers to teach at International Schools around the planet. On my free time, I compose poems and transpose fluid thoughts into writing as a way to release feelings and emotions.

I have experience teaching children and I have a lot of patience. I am open-minded and I love to talk to people from all over the world. I am creative and will find the best way that suits your needs in order to succeed in your goals. Due to my linguistic studies, I have a lot of in-depth knowledge about languages.

I have worked with all levels and can tailor the lessons to fit your needs and goals. My focus lately has been teaching university students who are Business majors planning on studying and working abroad. The main area of focus has been: IELTS test preparation, English for academic purposes and Business English skills for the workplace. I also have a background in IT as a software developer, and have taught the subject at the high school level, so if you need help improving your English for work in the IT field, I can help with that as well.

I currently teach English to adult students in Seoul at a private language school. I teach many different kinds of people! College students, businessmen, medical professionals, you name it! I have also received a 120 hour TEFL (teaching english as a foreign language) certificate! I specialize in conversational and practical English. I want to encourage you to feel confident in your speaking and to not to worry about making mistakes! English is a language spoken by many different people from around the world so it is always changing.

I am experienced in working with a variety of students of different ages and backgrounds, I am TEFL certified and understand the importance of having an English program that helps you achieve all that you hope to achieve. I am patient and understand the difficulties of learning a second or even third language, especially as I study languages myself. I always push my students to push the boundaries of their knowledge during the class, no matter what your level of English, you will feel as though you have progressed in every single lesson you take!

I first started teaching in 2012, spending eight months in France teaching English through theater performances with the educational company E.I.T.C. I relocated to Malta in 2014, where I worked at the Elanguest English Language School, as well as with the Performing Arts School, Stagecoach. In 2017 I moved to Vietnam, where I taught English to students of all ages and levels. I consider myself to be a patient, friendly, and relaxed teacher, who is capable of adapting the class to the needs of the student.

I discovered I wanted to be a full-time teacher when I moved to Poland and started to teach sporadically. After I came back to Spain I took a course on teaching skills and started to teach independently. And I loved it! The more I tough the more I liked it... and I still love it. I have helped many students over the last 6 years to be confident when speaking Spanish. My area of expertise is verbs and conjugations. So if you need help understanding the different kinds of past tenses to be sure I have plenty of resources to help you with that. I have helped many students to successfully use past tenses. When it comes to my personal qualities I would identify as very patient and supportive.

I prepare my lessons, tailor made, fit for purpose especially to your needs and demands.
