Hello. My name is Madelaine, I was born and raised here in the Philippines with a very welcoming attitude. I enjoy reading books of various genres because it is similar to traveling when you immerse yourself in the story. I also enjoy meeting new people and learning from them. Nowadays, I don't just want to learn; I want them to learn from me as well. I wished to meet and make new friends not only locally, but also globally. My intention was to travel to see the places I had read about in books, but we were unable to do so due to an unfavorable circumstance. I will be able to introduce my beloved philippine language, filipino(tagalog), our culture and cuisine through online teaching.

Me as a Teacher

Learning is a process in which one acquires new knowledge or improves and expands on existing knowledge through teaching and engaging in enjoyable conversations. I taught Filipino(tagalog) privately to some children who were raised with the English language, and they influenced me with how jolly they are, which I carried over to teaching adults as well. It will cause you to be a better listener, patient, approachable, and kind to your students as a teacher. My goal is not only to teach students, but also to allow you to learn from each lesson so that you can eventually learn how to construct and pronounce Filipino sentences and apply them to your daily life when we get to the final lesson.

My lessons & teaching style

I always begin by asking each student if he or she has previously taken Filipino language lessons. As a result, I can determine what level of lesson he or she must learn. I can assure you that you will learn how to construct, write, and speak Filipino (Tagalog) language. I'll use simple examples of adjectives, pronouns, verbs, common phrases and greetings to demonstrate my point. And at the end, we will talk in filipino just like we were friends.
