About Me
italki teacher since May 10, 2021
Hello! My name is Chiara, I'm 20 years old and I come form a very small village in Tuscany, but currently I live in Milan, where I study graphic design. I love travelling, painting, drawing, working out, reading, writing and cooking...we can talk about many different things, or you can suggest the topic you prefer!
I can't wait to share with you my beautiful language and my culture.
Me as a Teacher
I love teaching, it's something I've always wanted to do. In high school I attended Liceo classico: a specific kind of high school focused on learning Italian grammar, Italian literature, Latin, Ancient Greek, history and philosophy. That's why I've got a strong grammar basis and a deep knowledge of Italian literature as well. I think mistakes are a very important part of the learning process, you don't have to get discouraged from them.
My lessons & teaching style
I'm going to adjust every lesson to your learning needs, don't worry! Whatever you need: grammar, reading, writing, speaking...I can also assign you some homeworks (if you want) and we can revise them together. Plus, learning doesn't stop in class! I can suggest you some books, movies or songs that can help you improve your Italian, even in your free time.

great first lesson with Chiara, within only 30 minutes we managed to talk about a lot of different topics. For me these conversational lessons are definitely the best way to improve my language skills.
