About Me

Hello, I'm Will, a CELTA qualified native English teacher from York, UK. I have a love of the English language which comes from studying English to a high level. I take pleasure in sharing this passion with others. I have travelled extensively and met people from many different cultures sharing food, music, sport and, of course, language.

Me as a Teacher

I have more than 2 years global teaching experience both online and face-to-face. I am a calm and understanding teacher who likes to make my students as comfortable as possible. Learning a language should be motivating and engaging. I am here to help you meet your language goals whether that be for study, business or leisure.

My lessons & teaching style

I offer 3 different types of lessons: 1. Informal, conversational lessons where you pick the topic. 2. Formal lessons which are classes I prepare for A2 and above covering speaking, listening, reading, writing and grammar if requested. 3. IELTS preparation classes for speaking and writing. I also offer proofreading and editing services if you need extra help.
