About Me

I am from North Carolina and am a native English speaker. I have an eclectic taste in music and I love learning about new genres and artists. I like history and I spend a ridiculous amount of time watching documentaries. I spend my free time gardening and taking my cat for walks. I am currently learning Korean.

Me as a Teacher

I am an online English tutor with over six years experience. I can help with speaking practice and conversational English. My hope is to help you with any problems that you may encounter on your language learning journey. I am a currently learning a language myself and I understand the problems and frustrations that can happen when trying to learn a new language.

My lessons & teaching style

I specialize in conversational English. My sessions usually comprise of natural conversation but we can talk about specific topics if it is needed. I can correct pronunciation and grammar problems through our lessons. Please let me know if you will not be able to make it to our session at least four hours in advance to reschedule. Please let me know if you will be late, I will only wait for ten minutes if you do not send a message in advance,

I like talking with Mishelle. She always seems to be attentive and friendly. It helps me speak in English without nervousness. Plus, I sometimes get the chance to see her cute big cat behind her and I like that! :)
