About Me

I live in Zapopan, a neighboring town of Guadalajara. I like to share with people the knowledge of my language. In 2011 I graduated with a Bachelor of Language and Literature at the University of Guadalajara, and since 2011 I have been teaching Spanish to students of other mother tongues. I like movies and music, I love to talk about cultural things.

I like to know the student’s interests and ambitions to put together a study plan.

My lessons & teaching style

I usually introduce grammar activities with communication exercises, I put a lot of emphasis on developing interaction skills. I am also attentive to the needs of the student and seek to adapt the plan.

Edith used a short article about an inclusive urban design to guide the conversation lesson. It was helpful in providing context to the discussion. I went to Guadalajara as an exchange student many years ago so we could also reminisce a bit of the old Guadalajara.
