About Me

Hi everyone, I'm Marique from Quebec, Canada :) I'm passionate about travels, foreign languages and cultures. I have traveled a lot for my age, I visited close to 15 countries and I speak 3 languages. About my personality; I'm a girl full of energy, very sympathetic, easy going and open-minded. I enjoy new encounters and learning more about them. Next year, I'm going to start my studies in law. I also work as a waitress. I really love my job because of the human contact and the social side of this work. Finally, I'm just passionate about life. I love playing tennis, fitness, bicycle, jogging, skiing, taking pictures, listen music, cooking and especially travel.

Me as a Teacher

I'm a teacher very open-minded and easy going. I'm very attentive to the student's needs and expectations. I am very patient but especially very dedicated to my students. I really want them to improve their french to another level and I always do my best that we can reach their goals together. I can adapt my way to teach according to your profile and your objectives.

My lessons & teaching style

For the first lesson, I'm gonna evaluate a bit your level to adjust the difficulty. We're gonna talk about your expectations and what you want to practice. After that, it's up to you. We can : -Focus the course on conversation and discuss several topics like culture, food, travel etc. -Read/write small texts -Play games, take quizzes or listen to videos -Improve your grammar I'm a very creative and dedicated person so don't worry, I will NEVER run out of ideas. Together we are going to improve your french while having fun.
