About Me

Hi! My name is Seona Lee. I majored in English education in University and graduate school. Now I am teaching English for kids in elementary school. I like to teach English to foreigners and I have been teaching Korean to English native speaker for 2 years. Also I have a Certificate of Korean Language teacher. As a Korean teacher, I can deliver various Korean topics like K-culture, K-drama, K-food, must-see attractions and so on. My dream is to become a Korean teacher, but my other dream is also to deliver various cultures of Korea to foreigners. I think I can communicate Korean well because my personality is calm, kind, social and my pronunciation is correct. Thank you.

안녕하세요? 저는 대학과 대학원에서 영어를 전공했어요. 지금은 초등학교에서 아이들에게 영어를 가르치고 있어요. 저는 또한 외국인에게 영어와 한국어를 가르치는 걸 좋하하고 2년 정도 영어 원어민 선생님에게 한국어를 가르친 경험이 있습니다. 또한 저는 외국어로써 한국어 교원 자격증을 가지고 있어 정확하게 한국어를 외국인에게 가르칠 수 있습니다. 저는 한국 문화, 드라마, 음식, 유명한 장소등 다양한 한국에 관한 주제를 다루고 한국의 문화를 공유하고 싶습니다. 저는 한국어를 아주 유창하게 말 할 수 있고 성격도 아주 차분하고 친절하고 사교적이며, 발음도 아주 정확합니다. 감사합니다.

My lessons & teaching style

I am a happy teacher and my students call me Sunny. I always have a smile on my face when I’m teaching. I like to make classes fun and exciting. I also have a sense of humor and often crack jokes in class to lighten up the vibe. My students are always having fun and they love learning with me. For me, helping you learn Korean is most important. You can have a great time when you have a class with me.

I booked a trial class with Seona and I had a very great time learning Korean with her. She asked me about my level so that she would be able to prepare a slide just to teach me according to my current my level. 감동이에요 ㅠㅠ Though we had some technical issues ㅎㅎㅎㅎ it's ok. We managed to complete our class, I hv decided to continue the class with her again after this. Recommended! ❤ Fighting!
