About Me

Hey everyone, my name is Anna. I am a german native speaker and art student in Paris. I was born and raised in Francfort and then moved with 18 to the north of Germany, Hambourg. One year later, I get the opportunity to study Theatre in Paris, France. Since then I have been studying Theatre in german, english and French. Thats how I discovered Italki. At the time I was in Paris just since couple months, I arrived in France without knowing any French, so I had to learn it on the street and as I discovered Italki I was making progress very quick, talking on the street helped me to learn the basics, but it were my teacher over Italki who actually helped me to erase my errors&talk correctly.

Me as a Teacher

I would like to be the part of your language journey. I can teach you German in English or French, as I speak both of these languages fluently. I would like to know your goals. I am very flexible and adaptable. We can focus on grammar, speaking, preparing for the "Goethe-Zertifikat" whatever you wish. The most important for me is that you feel comfortable in your approach learning the language. I have over 6 years of experience teaching german. I started when I was in school helping students who struggled, continued with helping students pass the "Abitur" and since two years I give private lessons to french students who want to improve their German.

My lessons & teaching style

My lessons are designed to the needs of the student. If you just want to practice your talking skills I am interested in all sorts of to topics: movies, netflix, art,cooking, Your culture, cultures I have lived in, theatre, mediation, yoga, Sports, dance, music, piano, buildings, medicine, books and philosophy Also I can give you latin lessons, I have the "Großes Latinum", which is the highest diploma you can get when you study latin, I have studied latin for more than 8 years and given private lessons for more than 3 years. I love the Italki Community and spirit and can't wait to support you on your language journey!
