I like to believe that I approach teaching from a different perspective than most teachers. The most important step for me to do in my lessons is it to put myself in the student's shoes. If I were the student, would I understand this? What would be difficult to understand? How can it be done in a simpler way? I also put a lot of my energy in connecting with my students to learn more about them, where they come from and their reasons for learning the language. I think building strong connection with the students really effects the learning process. My lessons & teaching style
In my lesson, it is very important to make the student feel at ease in order to create a safe and comfortable environment to make the learning experience for the student much better. My lessons are always altered to the student's needs. I try to stay away from the authority teaching style in order to diminish the hierarchy in the class room between the student and the teacher. I prefer to have more of a facilitating style. In my opinion, that will help the student learn better than just being lectured.My teaching material
