About Me

Hi there! My name is Marika, I am 21 years old and I currently live in Trieste. I am a university student at the Department of Modern Languages for Interpreters and Translators and my languages of study are Spanish, English and Dutch. I believe that in order to improve your fluency in foreign languages, it is essential to talk, talk a lot and talk about everything. That' s why I approached the world of Italki first as a student and now I would be excited to help you. I consider myself a very helpful and creative person, so I promise you will never be bored!

Me as a Teacher

I love what I do and that is why you will always receive help, understanding and support from me! I am excited about the idea of giving lessons online because it is a new experience for me as I have always given lessons at home. I hope I'm exactly what you're looking for :)

My lessons & teaching style

As I have already said, during my lessons I would like you to have fun. So I will structure my lessons according to your needs and wishes. In general I think it is very important to work on conversation, so we will talk about many different topics to help you enrich your vocabulary. I will always try to speak in Italian to get the most out of our lessons and not waste a single minute! Your level doesn't matter and mistakes are welcome - that's where you learn!
