About Me

I have a degree in Languages. I graduated three years ago. I am from El Salvador. I have taught grammar and composition for 2 years at the university. I like traveling and learning about new cultures. I currently live in Dublin, the capital of Ireland. I like to play the piano and the guitar. I enjoy playing soccer and I am a nature lover. I am friendly, open to feedback. I worked as a Team Manager for Hotels.com. So I can help you to improve your knowledge about leading a team and providing Coaching to your team.

Me as a Teacher

I am patient, energetic and a good motivator. I like to practice until the students feel sure and satisfied with their learning. I use technology to make the classes more efficient and fun. I am friendly and I can speak about any topic with respect. I accept feedback when necessary. I always let my student know the goal of the class, the structure before the class begins.

My lessons & teaching style

My classes are interactive and dynamic, with activities and games that will make the class a memorable experience for the student. In general, my classes consist of Start, Core and closing, in other words, an activity to start, development of the topic, practice, evaluated exercises and a closing activity. The method I use usually depends on the type of student and their level of Spanish as well as the reason why the student wants to learn the language. I usually use the method called Active Learning, where the student has 70% participation in the class and the teacher is only a guide who help the student. I have many year in the customer service industry so I can help you in this field too.
